(NASDAQ:OCNW), a leading supplier of innovative Ethernet and IP-based loop carrier equipment to telecommunications companies, announced today that Prairie Grove Telephone Company, an Arkansas telco, has selected Occam Networks to upgrade its network to Active Ethernet.
